Inhalte: |
This course is part of the module 3 of the CAN (Cognitive Affective Neuroscience) master's program (also for the HPSTS-WP10 modules). The lectures will broadly address neurocognitive mechanisms underlying the development of perception, attention, and memory processes across the lifespan. Besides topics on lifespan development of specific cognitive functions, the lectures will also cover topics on brain evolution and brain development, neuromodulation, mechanisms of brain plasticity, as well as methodological issues of brain imaging studies with children and older adults.
