First lecture will take place on site in CHE/309 on Friday 08.04.22, 5.DS
Inhalte: The course of electrocatalysis surveys the specific field of surface confined electrode reactions and puts it into the context of the renewable electricity storage in fuels and chemicals. The course will comprise  9 lectures where the fundaments of the charge transfer processes in the adsorbed state will be summarized and the concept of the catalyst's rational design explained. These fundaments will be then demonstrated in four work-shop like seminars where recent top publications will be explained and discussed.

The lectures will be held in Zoom when the participants will be given a link to pre-recorded lecture ca. one week in advance which will be then  further explained in live Zoom session. This mode may change into live lectures (on site) pandemic situation permitting.
