We will in the first week of the semester with an online version of the lecture (available as a weekly download or stream). Typically, the lecture will be available on Tuesday. The will be a weekly possibility to ask questions at the regular time of the lecture via ZOOM.

| Inhalte: |
Based on general thermodynamic considerations, the lecture will
(i) illustrate the basics of the interaction of liquid and solid phases at an interface
(ii) expand these concepts to the contact of two fluid phases on a solid interface
(iii) introduce some hydrodynamic concepts to explain aspects of the dynamics of such systems.
At the request of the students (or in discussion with the students) the lecture can also be given in English.
