This seminar starts in the first week of the semester, on April 8th, 2024 (group 1) and April 10th, 2024 (group 2).
Group 1 takes part in the seminar on Mondays from 1 pm in BZW A154. Group 2 will have their seminar on Wednesdays from 1 pm in BZW A003.
The contents of the seminars are the same.

| Inhalte: |
In this seminar, students will acquire knowledge and skills in selected topics of work and organizational psychology. The contents of this seminar will cover topics that complement the HPSTS-2 lecture in a practical way and/or extend the lecture with further research findings. After an introductory session on excellence and the topic of creativity and innovation, we will focus on selected topics within the broad areas of personnel selection, employment interviews, training design, and coaching. We will also offer several open topics. All course material is accessible in OPAL.

| Leistungsnachweise: |
The seminar has UPVL-status (unbenotete Prüfungsvorleistung). There are four different options participants can choose to earn course credits: mini-workshops, standard presentations, blogs for practitioners, blogs for interested public. The formats are explained in more detail in the first lesson.
The contents of the seminar are part of the HPSTS-2 module and are relevant for the module exam.

| Arbeitsaufwand: |
The seminar format requires the students’ active participation. It also puts strong emphasis on practical knowledge application, skill development, and self-reflection.
