In this seminar, students will acquire knowledge and skills in selected topics of Personnel Psychology. The contents of this seminar will cover topics that deepen the knowledge acquired in the HPSTS-2 lecture. After an introductory session on excellence and the topic of creativity and innovation, we will focus on selected topics within the broad areas of personnel selection, employment interviews, training design, and coaching. We will also offer several open topics. The seminar format requires students’ active participation. It also puts a strong emphasis on practical knowledge application, skill development, and self-reflection.
The seminar has UPVL-status. The contents of the seminar are part of the HPSTS-2 module and are relevant for the module exam. All course material is accessible in OPAL. Active class participation is required.

There are three different options participants can choose to earn course credits:
(i.e., *IP: Individual class presentation, *TF: Task-force presentation, and * TP: Term papers as subject to availability).

There are four different options participants can choose to earn course credits: mini-workshops, standard presentations, blogs for practitioners, blogs for interested public. The formats are explained in more detail in the first lesson.
